Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mosaic Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods, and know-how.

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables described in the agreement, excluding third-party assets, licensed components, or materials that remain subject to separate license terms.

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting systems, infringing intellectual property rights, or using the services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

Our work may include integrations with third-party providers, platforms, or APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to support integrations we have implemented.
