The terms that guide our services and website use.
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Mosaic Technologies website and engaging our services. They are intended to be practical, easy to understand, and consistent with our client-focused delivery model.

Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional written agreements, statements of work, or proposals that we both approve.
Our Services
Mosaic Technologies provides digital strategy, brand systems, web development, mobile applications, ongoing technical support, and related creative or engineering services.
Specific deliverables, timelines, scope, milestones, and pricing are defined in proposals or statements of work for each engagement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, content, access credentials, and any other inputs needed to keep projects moving. Delays in receiving materials or approvals may affect timelines and launch dates.
Fees and Payments
Fees, payment schedules, and any maintenance or retainer arrangements will be defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms listed on the invoice or agreement. Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mosaic Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods, and know-how.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables described in the agreement, excluding third-party assets, licensed components, or materials that remain subject to separate license terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting systems, infringing intellectual property rights, or using the services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our work may include integrations with third-party providers, platforms, or APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to support integrations we have implemented.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where a separate written agreement states otherwise. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or service engagement. Any direct liability will be limited as stated in the applicable agreement, or if none exists, to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement according to the terms of the applicable agreement. We may also suspend access to the website or services if necessary to protect security, comply with law, or address misuse.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will apply when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
Governing Law
These Terms will be interpreted in line with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Mosaic Technologies operates, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
